FACTORS TO DEVELOP A CONTINGENCY PLAN
If fire begins in your room, Pull the manual alarm to alert your

During Earthquake

1.Stay inside the building.
Outdoors
1. Stay within a clear area, far from trees, high-
rise buildings, poles and electric wires.
2.Secure yourself from glass, falling objects and other
debris.
3.If you are in a:
a . C rowd ed p la ce, p rotec t your hea d with
your arms or take cover under seats and
tables.
b . C a r a nd d riving , stop in a sta te p la c e, turn
on the
hazard lights and stay inside the vehicle.
After Earthquake
Good Grooming
is making oneself neat and presentable. If the
workers appear healthy, it is presumed that they
can
d o their tasks well.
Basic Practices to Keep Healthy, Well-groomed
Looking, and Smelling Fresh All Day:
1. Taking a bath at least once a day.
2. Applying deodorant after bathing.
3. Cleaning ears and nose.
4. Brushing teeth three times a day or after each meal
5. Washing hands oftenly.
6. Trimming fingernails and footnails.
7. Having haircut regularly.
8. Wearing clean, well-preserved, and well fitting clothes.
9. Maintaining g o o d posture.
10. Eating well-balanced meals.
SOME TIPS TO KEEP SAFE AND
HEALTHY IN THE
WORKSTATIONS
1.Own a kit of hygienic materials such as hand soap,
sanitizer, and tissue
2.Have a reasonable distance from guests and co-
workers when communicating.
