Health is the most important thing that exists, it is undoubtedly the most valuable
resource that a person can possess since with it everything that a person sets out
to achieve can be achieved if he has adequate physical and mental health, the only
obstacle is the same person.
Exercising this is a very important supplement for physical and mental health.
My health
Recently, I am starting new routines to have a healthy life. The first thing I do is eat
well and exercise on my bike 3 times a week. I have noticed a significant change in
my performance in everything I do during the day, in addition to having more
energy.
In addition to riding a bicycle and eating healthy I want to go to the gym to keep my
body in shape so being healthier and having less fat that helps our mental health
because sometimes we feel stressed and nervous and it is for the fact of not
occupying our mind in other than work and our complications in life.
Should not eat or eat less:
Sugars (sweets, soda, artificial juices, and reducing the consumption of sugar in
food)
Flour (cookies, bread, spaghetti and all kinds of pasta)
Fats (fried meat, cracklings, sausages, etc.)
