Gabriela Serna has been an outstanding member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for approximately six
years. Of those six years, I have been working with her for four years, I have seen examples of Gabriela's
abilities as an educator and her many talents and I am been impressed by her character and diligence work
ethic.

During her time here, Gabriela has been a student, a volunteer, a teacher-aide and a religion teacher. If's
not just her skill that impress me, but her amazingly positive attitude. She motivates and connects with the
teens and has a wonderful way of making learning interesting. She also volunteers in formulating the year
end retreats for both classes of about hundred teens. She is consistent and original in her ability to rise to
any challenge that she has to face as a volunteer, religion teacher or any endeavor for that matter.

I am absolutely confident that Gabriela would exceed expectation for any position that she is consider for.
