NARRATIVE REPORT

One of the important keys to having a healthy body is through exercise. We don’t
have to go to gyms and hire an instructor to have a workout program because we can
do it by ourselves without paying a penny. We can make our own exercise programs by
knowing simply our goals and listing what types of exercise do we need to improve our
body.

On October 5, 2020, we had a synchronous class and discussion about the


exercise program and its phases. As we finished with our discussion about the topic, my
professor assigned an activity where each one of us will make our own exercise
program. He also greeted us with congratulations on participating in the BU Virtual
Hataw, although not everyone’s video was included in the presentation.
The following week, we were assigned to make a video based on the exercise
program we created. It was tiring because I had to do it in just a day but at the same
time, it was worth it. We were always in front of our laptops and cellphones doing
activities, so I think it was a good break to rest and move our bodies.

I had fun with the activities and I also learned that even though we are in a
pandemic, we can still exercise inside of our homes without wasting money. I feel like I
had lost all my dignity in recording the video, but it was fun.
