“As you said intrapersonal is a communication where the speaker acts both sender and
receiver. I’m using my skills in intrapersonal when there is a conflict in my workplace I analyzing
it the problem then there’s a feedback comes also in my mind and that’s the way I use my
intrapersonal skills.”

2.HOW DO YOU USE YOUR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS?


“As you said also that interpersonal skills is a communication where occurring between two or
more people. My interpersonal skills working when there’s a meeting, announcements and
etc.”

INTRAPERSONAL SKILLS?
“Financial problem of the company or about the stocks by analyzing it what solution can
prevent this kind of situation. ”

4.WHEN YOU STARTED IN YOUR JOB NOW, HOW DID YOU BUILD A
RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS?
“Being a manager at this company it’s very stressful. But I found out that if you make some
effort to break the ice, people will generally like you, and you will like them. Being a good
person to my co-workers I know that I’m startin to build the relationships.”

5.HOW DO YOU RESOLVE CONFLICTS AT YOUR WORKPLACE?


“By analyzing it and making a solution to resolve that conflicts. And also I am taking an advice
from an expert and that their guidance is very much considered during such cases.”

6.WHAT ARE THE METHODS YOU USE TO MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM?


“I’m motivating my team by giving them a feedback, giving them incentives and other
motivaton things that surely motivates my team.”

“I usually start a relationship with the new co-workers by showing them that they’re welcome,
showing them a good attitudes, showing them a respect and respecting each other.”
