ABSTRACT

Observation of Column Structure Work on Urban Sky Apartment

Project (2020). Final Project, 3rd Diploma of Civil Engineering Study
Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University 2020.
Observations were made at the Urban Sky Apartment Project in tower
H at the 18th floor, the project is located in Jl. Galaxy 1, Jaka Mulya,
South Bekasi District, Bekasi City, West Java. Observations on the
work of the column namely methode of works. The objectives of
observing column structure work on the Urban Sky Apartment Project
are as follows creating a column structure work method

The methodology used in this observation is the collection of primary

and secondary data; data processing; reporting; and conclusions and
suggestions.

The results of observations in the field concluded that the work of the
Urban Sky tower H Apartment Tower Project 18th floor almost all the
work was in accordance with the RKS and quality plan.
