CONTEXT AND OPPORTUNITY
ITC HAS ALWAYS HARNESSED THE ENERGY AND COMMITMENT OF ITS STAKEHOLDERS IN A

CONSTANT BID FOR NEW IDEAS AND INNOVATIONS. THIS CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS

TRANSFORMATION HAS BEEN INSTITUTIONALIZED THROUGH A VARIETY OF CONTESTS AND

CAMPAIGNS. THESE CAMPAIGNS HAVE ELICITED WIDE PARTICIPATION AND CONTRIBUTED TO A

ROBUST RESERVOIR OF IDEAS, LEADING TO SIGNIFICANT EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS. KEENLY

CONTESTED AND GENERATING A POSITIVE CLIMATE OF IDEATION, THESE INTERVENTIONS HAVE

RESULTED IN INVESTMENT OF THOUGHT AND ACTION IN SUPPORT OF VARIOUS

TRANSFORMATIVE PROPOSALS.

“YOUR IDEAS COUNT!”

The current disruption has created an environment ripe for reimagining Businesses and Business
models as a result of the changing nature of demand, reorientation of consumer habits and
expectations. The massive “Work from Home” shift, acceleration of recent trends in serving the
consumer and the criticality of safety and reliability in product and service attributes are also
contributing to the same.

At the same time, with the daunting challenges on the macro-economic front, there is a call for a
national thrust towards local solutions and products that have the potential to revive local
employment, modernize domestic supply chains and generate growth and value for all stakeholders.
It is in this context that ITC Interrobang?! Season 10 Interroproneur Ideation Challenge - has been
conceived.

Proposed ideas in this challenge will need to
harness institutional strengths and highlight
opportunities for synergies between already
existing businesses.

BUSINESS ADJACENCY

to ITCs Businesses, that we can grow
into organically.
