1. I want to achieve the satisfaction of helping kids get a good education.
2. I want to be a NAEYC certified teacher.
3. To have fun in my work and not be wish I was closer to retirement
4. Be known as a good teacher that kids will be excited to learn from.
5. Be able to keep a work life balance

Terms for career

1. Classroom- a room in a school where students learn
2. Recognition- the ability to identify something (for preschoolers this would be numbers or
letters)
3. Patience- The ability to tolerate a delay
4. Empathy- The ability to other people.
5. Attendance- being at a place when you are supposed to be there.

Terms for life after high school

1. Mortgage- a type of loan in which you can use to buy or refinance a home
2. Marriage- a formal recognition of a union between two people
3. Taxes- a percentage of your income that you have to pay to the government
4. Student loans- a loan designed to help college students pay for their education
5. Commute- The amount of time it would take me to travel the distance from my home to
my work.
