PROFILE :
A noted Filipino Pediatrician, who is credited with studies that led to the invention of an elevated
incubator and a system to deal with jaundice. Along with pioneering work in pediatrics, she had an
active medical practice in the Philippines that spanned eight many years and based a most important
kid's health center in the country.
ACHIEVEMENTS/CONTRIBUTIONS :

➔ Doctor Fe Del Mundo is credited with research that led to the invention of an
increased incubator and a jaundice relieving device. She had devoted her life to
the reason of pediatrics in the Philippines. Fe Del Mundo discipline of natural
science and the area of public health used to be something she used to be
actively concerned in. When Fe Del Mundo used to be no longer busy treating
and taking care of children, she did some pioneering work on infectious
ailments in Philippine communities and authored the Textbook of Pediatrics, as
properly as heaps of articles and clinical reviews on ailments such as dengue,
polio and measles.
