Management Aspect

This chapter describes the form of business organization that is best suited for the proposed
project, the organizational structure, the number of personnel needed, their job specifications and
qualifications. To achieve the desired goal, management must be able to plan all activities to become
productive and competitive in the industry through human resource, financial capability and new
technologies.

4.1 Organizational structure

It shows the visual diagram of a company that describes what employees do, whom they report
to, and how decisions are made across the business.
