Utilizamos there + be para hablar sobre la existencia de algo. El sujeto real se sitúa después del
verbo.
There + be se puede expresar en todos los tiempos verbales. Fíjate que algunos tiempos tienen
diferente conjugación para el singular y el plural.
past perfect There had been There had been había o hubo habido
future perfect There will have been There will have been habrá habido
conditional II There would have been There would have been habría habido
Modal Had to There had to be There had to be tuvo / tenía que haber
Modal Could II There could have been There could have been Podría / pudo haber habido
Modal Might II There might have been There might have been Podría haber habido
Modal Should II There should have been There should have been Debería haber habido
Modal Must II There must have been There must have been Debe haber habido
Modal Have II There has to have been There have to have been Tiene que haber habido
present perfect There has been a party. (Ha habido una fiesta)
