● Sudden influx of huge crowds stumbles regulators and merely taking action to manage than preventing
● Critical travel needs couldn’t be validated as it involves huge resource to check and approve it

OUR SOLUTION – SOCIAL CONTROLLER APP
Public Request Trip
• Public download Sec144 Trip requestor App
and register with OTP
• Provide Trip information (Personal Details,
Type of People, Purpose of Trip, Trip Start
Time – End Time, Visit Area (Pre-defined
Dropdown list)
• Wait for Volunteer approval
• On approval, receive Trip pass in mobile
and do the travel
• On police checking show the trip pass
Volunteer Controller
• Each area will have volunteers
• One Area can have max of 10 Volunteers
• Anyone can become Volunteer by self
registration with OTP
• Volunteer can be only for one Area
• On receiving request, check people density
in that area and do approval
• Volunteer also monitors previous visits of
the person
Regulatory Controller
• Classify State -> District -> City -> Area
• Tag police station to each Area
• Tag Regulatory mobile number(s) to each
police station
• In App keep monitoring people density
• On emergency, disable volunteer’s right for
approval
• Approve & provide pass for intercity trip

Any invalid person information can be
removed by themselves. Also based on
audit log with mobile number base, we
can take appropriate action
