Mythic 22AL from serial number 300617-000896 => New Optical Bench N° 300-0617-4569

(for information, the serial numbers of the “old” benches equipped with “old” LED begin with 264-XXX or
below, the new generation of optical benches have the serial number which begin with 300-XXX)

2 INFORMATION

New generation of Optic Bench, equipped with new LED are also equipped with new FSC and ALL
detection boards which will be installed henceforth on Mythic 22 & 22AL.
Designation: M22-M22AL Optical LED V2 Part Number: 1001280080-SHL

This new design of Optic Bench is totally compatible with the current design of Mythic 22 & 22AL
instruments.
It can be installed instead of previous generation respecting the same instruction in matter of
installation and adjustment.

Still the same rules:

1. Only the complete assy or the flowcell and/or LED can be replaced on customer site.
2. Transverse Adj. stays available for FSC using Latex 7µm particles.
3. FSE and ALL gains Adj. stay available for FSC using G-Cal product as before.

Still the same prohibitions:

1. Do not remove or just release preamplifier boards.

2. Do not remove or just release the 3 fixation screws of Illumination part. (glued in red or green)
3. Do not swap parts from a module to another one, except the flowcell.

Plus, new ones:

1. Do not swap any part from new generation of optic bench with previous one.
2. Do not install new LED (V2) on previous generation of optical bench and vice versa.
