RELIGIOUS CLUB – Religious Club develop lay leaders and helps spiritual
advise in the campus.
B. SCHOOL ORGAN/SCHOOL PAPER - The newspaper for those who
wish to develop their talents in writing.
C. DEPARTMENT CLUB – (Sci-Math, English, Filipino, Arabic, MAPEH)
– for those students show their special talents in their favorite subjects.
D. CULTURAL GUILD – for those interested in singing, dancing, drama and
theater presentation.
E. VARSITY CLUB - for all those interested in sports.
F. OTHER CLUBS/ ORGANIZATION (SSG) – for those who wants to
develop their managerial and leadership skills.

I- SCHOOL SERVICE PROGRAM

A. ADMINISTRATION

A.1.1 The Principal – The Principal is directly responsible of the general


management and supervision of the school. As the academic leader he is
responsible for the development of teachers, support staff and students.

A.1.2 Academic Coordinator – The Academic coordinator takes over the


functions and responsibilities of the Principal in case the Principal is out.

A.1.3 Registrar – The Registrar is responsible for safe keeping and custody of all
the students’ records. He/she is invested with the authority and responsibility for
the planning, organizing, supervising, maintaining and safe keeping records.

A.1.4 Cashier – The Cashier is responsible of collecting and safe keeping all the
cash collections generated by all financial transactions connected with the
school’s operation.

A.1.5 Bookkeeper – The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintain the books of


accounts and keeping the business records of the school.

A.1.6 Subject Coordinator/ Department Head – The Subject coordinator is


elected by the teachers in each subject area of discipline. He/she is in-charge in
the overseeing, supervising, and guiding the individual teachers towards academic
performance. He/she must develop the members progressively to higher levels of
effectiveness and efficiency.

A.1.7 Dean of Discipline – The Dean of Discipline is in-charge of matters


pertaining the students/pupil behavior, conduct and decorum.
A.1.8 Student Activity Coordinator – The Student Activity Coordinator is
responsible for the activities of the school relating to the student curricular and
extra-curricular affairs, student discipline and student welfare services as
envisioned in the schools vision-mission, goals and objectives.

A.1.9 Sports Coordinator - The Sports Coordinator is responsible to the


Principal by attending sports activities of the school.

A.1.10 Laboratory Coordinator (Science, Computer Laboratory) – The


Laboratory Coordinator is responsible for the general planning, organization,
coordination, supervision and evaluation of the services and operation of the
laboratories.

A.1.11 Librarian – He/she is responsible in the implementation of the library


policies and operations with the philosophy, goals and objectives of the institution
and academic department.

A.1.12 Property Custodian – The Property Custodian is responsible for the care,
custody and over-all management of all school properties.

A.1.13 Club Adviser/Moderator (School Paper and Year Book) – He/she is


responsible for the implementation of the programs of the club/organization.

A.1.14 Class Adviser – The Class Adviser is responsible for the direct
management and supervision of his/her students/pupils and the Administration in
the attainment of the school’s philosophy, vision-mission, goals and objectives.

A.1.15 Security Guard – The School Security Guard maintains peace, law and
order in the school by protecting and guarding properties, students, teachers,
personnel, parents, and visitors. Helps in enforcing and implementing school
policies, rules and regulations as directed by the Administration. He/she must
adhere to the agreement signed by the school authority.

A.1.16 Faculty – The faculty is made up of all professional educators. It is his/her


duty to participate actively in the curricular and extra-curricular life of the
institution and to render service to his/her community.

B. Guidance Service – The Guidance Counselor plans, coordinates, implements,


guidance services in the consonance with the objectives of the school.

C. Library Services – Participates in the planning of all library activities and


programs.
D. Health Services

D.1.1 Facilitates the conduct of first aid treatment.


D.1.2 Keeps and maintain health records.
D.1.3 Holds first-aid seminar and lectures on personal hygiene, sanitation, and
safety measure.
D.1.4 Refers students who need medical treatment to the physician.

E. Food Services – The school provides food services through the school canteen.
The canteen serves nutritious foods and snacks to students, personnel and visitors.

F. Bookstore Services – Bookstore Services provide the students who may need any
of the following:

II- STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

A. SCHOLARSHIP

A.1.1 Academic Scholarship


A.1.a Free full tuition and half free tuition discount to all in-coming
Grade VII Valedictorian and Salutatorian. Candidate is required to present
Certification duly signed by the Principal of the school where they graduated
from.
A.1.b All with highest honors of incoming Grade VIII, IX and X are
entitled to free full tuition
A.1.c All with honors of incoming Grade VIII,IX and X are entitled to
free half tuition.

B. Special Scholarship name after the sponsor – for poor but deserving
students.

C. Educational Service Contracting Scheme – a government subsidy facilitated


by DepEd for incoming Grade VII students who need of financial assistance.

A. In-Service Program – Faculty development program is conducted to make


the teaching staff efficient, effective and to upgrade to the current methods and
strategies.
