Program Title: SCHOOL LAC ON IMPROVING TEACHERS’ TEACHING
COMPETENCIES IN THE NEW NORMAL
Program Description: The program aims to improve teachers’ teaching competencies in
the new normal. This will contribute to the improvement of
learners’ academic performance.
Mode of School-Based Formal Face-to-Face (F3) training combined with
Delivery/Duration/Level Job-Embedded Learning (JEL) program for target beneficiaries
of Management: every Friday only starting on May 7, 21, 28, 2021, June 11, 18, 25,
2021 from 3:00-5:00 PM from Kinder to Grade 6 Teachers.
Values: Resourcefulness, creativity and innovation
Competencies: KSAs of the Teachers specifically literacy and numeracy
Beneficiaries: 7 teachers from Kinder to Grade 6 and the School Head
Direct:
Indirect: Learners from Kinder to Grade 6
Budgetary Php 6, 000.00 from School MOOE
Requirements: Expected Participants: 8 (7 Teachers and 1 School Head)
Venue: Grade 5-Green Room
Registration Fee: NONE
Program and Invitation: Php 50
Decoration: Php 200
Tarpaulin (first session only): Php 300
Certificate with Frame for Resource Speakers (for succeeding
sessions): Php 300
Snacks: Php 450 (9 pax)
Total: Php 1,000.00 per session for 6 sessions
Output/s: Improved teachers’ teaching competencies
Enhanced teachers’ knowledge and skills in the new normal
Organizational Through the SLAC, improved instructional efficiency and positive
Outcome: attitude may be achieved by the teachers. This will redound to the
improvement of academic performance of leaners.
Development Impact: This SLAC will pave the way to an effective learning environment,
curriculum, professional development, assessment and
instruction.
