process or product, Selling of product or services
3) Management is directing and controlling a group of people or an organization on a large
scale for achieving an organization’s goals and objectives
4) Operation management is a function that aligns processes and resources to produce goods
or services
5) Productions and operations control and manage the resources limited for operating in a
plant or factory while logistic and supply chain management deal with acquiring or
distributing materials and resources.

1. CECB has embraced project planning tools and techniques in its operations to
improve operational efficiency, such as software packages – primavera and MS
project.
2. The well-established organizational structure and its functional ability have
improved the real-time decision-making power of the project manager to organize
most effectively.
3. Organizational culture has molded its employees to be the most effective
communicators, and the existing ERP system facilitates recent updates of
available resources.
4. CECB has certified under ISO standards and followed its guidelines to effectively
controlling of available resources such as stores, method statements, safety, the
environmental aspects, etc.
On the other hand, the flexibility of the organization has enabled attracting clients to get
product services that are essential for them within a defined period.
