 FOREWORD

From the Vedic scriptures, it is vivid that,

four communities emerged from the creator of the
universe. Primarily from the face, spiritual
advisors community emerged and then secondly,
the ruling community (kings, in today’s world you
can say, the governments) emerged from the
chest. Thirdly, the business community from the
waist and the fourth community is the working
community who do many works in the society. The
same strategy is followed even businesses to
manage them. From the creation, in order to
sustain the wellness of the society, these four
sects of communities arose. When these four
communities function as per the Dharma or Laws
of Nature of creation, then, the world would
naturally be in prosperity, peace, harmony and
happiness. As part of the Dharma campaigning
process of my works from Kalki Mission, the aim of

this book is to rekindle the dharma in businesses.
Businesses, as emerged from the creation, they
are meant to play a cosmic role in the creation
system. If the role is played as per the laws of
creation then, that creation and its entire
unlimited energy would stand behind the
businesses all times. It means, your incorporation
is not an individual or small entity with limited
energy playing a small role in some corner of the
world. How small ever the business is, it is a
playing a vital role in the whole creation and its
evolution. But the point is, THE DHARMA by which
they are required to be operated. Before the
operation of businesses, THE DHARMA is required
to be there in the personalities of the operators of
the businesses. At this juncture of time and space
of creation, this highly valuable word, DHARMA is
forgotten and thus the incorporations have fallen
down consciously from their vital role and vital
energy to limited personal role and limited energy

due to which, the support of cosmic energy is
pulled out from the background. So today,
business is a down fallen son who forgot the
DHARMA of the own father, which is actually his
own DHARMA. This book is meant to rekindle that
GIAGANTIC ACTUALITY of the business which is
meant more for the operators. Just like the movie
LION KING, Simba which is you the CEO and your
business who has forgotten your own true nature
and true self. This book is meant to reintroduce
your trueness so you will awaken and meet the
Dharma in business that brings unlimited cosmic
energy to your incorporation. You can experien ce
the presence of cosmic energy being behind and
watching or protecting you or your incorporation
all times! What I am saying is taking advantage of
the natural wind flow in the operation. Currently,
you are operating against the wind flow, draining
more energies and time without knowing the

functions of Nature and its laws. Imagine the help
of wind flow is added! Think!

Even if some awaken and meet the dharma

in business, the purpose of this book would be like
“playing its role” in the cosmos. This book is a
work of consciousness rather than mere text that
keeps reminding you about DHARMA, once you
read this book.

Incorporations are not just simple finance

and profit growers. They are souls-caring entities
of the cosmos, where the souls burn their karmas
which is the ultimate objective of the whole
creation. The desires and passions of the souls
burn which satisfy the souls. Materialistically their

services that help the infrastructure of the world
grow. Their works also help the all fellow humans
to get more comforts so they all can live better in
the world. With this background, you can
understand that, your incorporation is not a simple
set up but from the cosmic sense, it is one of the
major contributors to the welfare of the whole
cosmos. So, in a way, your incorporation is
supported by the whole cosmic energy in its

sustenance, because you are sheltering all souls
to sustain.

But, you as the CEO, do you have this

cosmic view of your incorporation? Do you know

techniques of the cosmic creation and the
governance system of the creation which is call ed
Nature and its unlimited energies? You are living
and operating your business in the material and
spiritual field of Nature. Do you know the
operations of Nature and its Nature of operations?

This creation is a selfless sacrifice of the

creator, established for the welfare of his own
particles within. This whole creation is purely a
selfless incorporation system established to let
the particles within to transform.

The particles are the souls that keep

burning like fire, out of their desires and passion .
They keep them restless in doing some actions

and those actions result in the form of making the
lives better for humans in terms of infrastructure
of the world.

The creator of the universe is nothing but

the CEO of the cosmic incorporation who manages
the whole creation through his main actions of
creation, sustenance and dissolution.

By understanding spiritual science behind

the cosmic incorporation, the CEOs, can adopt the
techniques of the creator in managing their
incorporations and not just that alone, they also
can get the help of cosmic energies from the
Nature, so that their consciousness spreads
across their incorporations that make them get
more intuitive in managing their businesses.

In a simple way, the CEOs can take help of

the unlimited Nature and its energy in managing
their companies. Their companies grow and
sustain through all hurdles and they can exist for

quite long time just like the creation. This book
will help the CEOs understand cosmic perspectives
of their incorporations and adopt the management
techniques of creation and at the same time, they
can also gain cosmic spiritual energies from
Nature that always protect and sustain their

 CHAPTER 1

THE PURPOSE OF CREATION

The point of creation is an ever existing pure

consciousness without any body. It is always
remains as consciousness without body. But in
order to experience itself in various bodies by
giving free will to them, the consciousness splits
itself into various limited consciousness particles
that were born out of preliminary evolutes of
subtle aspects of five elements and then five
elements which make the actual root of all objects
and their creation.

Just like the way you start your incorporation from

a point of thought primarily and then, you process
your thought in subtle fashion. You process your
thoughts in terms of mission, objectives of the
company, strategy, laws of operation, operation

style and all. Then you bring them all into physical
form by recruiting mainly people primarily and
then you expand the operations in the physical
form.

Before even thought, primarily, DESIRE is the root

of forming a company. The desire of doing
something good, something innovative, something
helpful to the people are the basic reasons behind
the formation of the company. From there, the rest
of the thought process in subtle fashion and then
bring them into physical form is all the process of
evolutes. You can compare this process with the
process of the creation. The in between processes
are evolutes.

This being the process, the primarily remembered

point is to “experience its own self in various
bodies”

To explain it in normal words, it is like you give

birth to your children. You see yourself in your

children. Meaning, so for example, if your son buys
a BMW car, though you do not own it or though you
do not drive it, you feel happy because, you feel as
if, you own it. If your son marries you feel happy. If
your children eat good food, you feel happy. You
may not have the same food, but if your children
eat good food, you feel happy. It is because, you
see yourself in your children.

You do not feel such happiness, if a man on the

road eats good food. It is because, you gave birth
to your children, you are emotionally attached to
them and you see yourself in them.

In reality, you are also there in that man on the

road. If he eats good food or if he owns a BMW,
you do not feel because, you are not emotionally
attached to him. But in reality, your consciousness
is also there in him which you are not able to feel
due to your limited consciousness.

Coming back to the point, it is “seeing its own self
in others” for which the creation took place. It is
the same ultimate and supreme consciousness
that is enjoying every good and bad moment of
your life, being in the seabed of your
consciousness.

It is that consciousness that actually digests your

food, it is that consciousness that logs out of your
body system when you are asleep. It is that
consciousness that gets charged out of you r
breath.

So the bottom line is that single consciousness

that is there in all living and non-living objects. It
does unseen works such as creation, sustenance
and dissolution of the bodies. It also has two more
main responsibilities such as concealing its true
nature to keep all souls bound to the world and
the fifth responsibility is revealing its true nature,

which can be experienced by opening the inner
eye.

The bodiless pure consciousness, keeps

sacrificing itself in order to run the show of the
creation. The creation was started just like an
incorporation that is established. But in order to
sustain it and manage it, the supreme
consciousness keeps working in the background
all times, which is its selfless sacrifice.

It is like for the welfare of your children; you

sacrifice all your desires and interests and work
hard.

The soul particles are required to go through the

evolution of knowing their true-self in their entire
journey. The journey includes several births and
deaths. As part of their living process, the souls go
through their desires, passion and the karma they
owe to the world. Those desires and passion
resulting in karma (actions), the souls work. The

work they do sustain themselves in the world while
they go through the true-self-realization process.
The situations in life, the difficulties and pains
make them realize that they should not repeat the
mistakes they did earlier. In that process, they
keep realizing the mistakes and try to get more
and more perfection through several births and
deaths. Mistakes are nothing but the actions that
are against the laws of Nature which produce the
karma that result them go through pains and
suffering. So the man gets to know the mistakes
which are nothing but the laws of Nature. But this
understanding through practical situations is a
quite long process which is a result of several lives
of the souls.

The purpose of the creation is bring this

transformation in the souls of knowing the true
self which actually liberate them and take them

back to the source of creation which further do not
produce any births and deaths.
