NASI LEMAK RECIPE!

C) FRIED CHICKEN (KFC is also fine and easier:D)

A) THE NASI LEMAK Ingredients:

Ingredients: a. Sliced Chicken (Drumstick is best)


b. Turmeric powder

1. Put the sliced chicken in a bowl.

Ingredients:

a. Packet Sambal

Instructions:

1. Open the packet sambal and pour in a bowl.


2. Cover the bowl and heat it up in a microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Serve as a side.
OR JUST EAT IT CAUSE IT’S ALREADY COOKED.

F) MACKEREL TOMATO

Ingredients:

a. Canned Mackerel
b. 1 Red Onion (Sliced Thinly)
c. 1/2 Thumb Ginger (Sliced)
d. Oil
e. Chili Sauce

Instructions:

1. Add 5 tablespoon of oil to a pan and heat the oil at low heat.
2. Fry the onion and ginger until there is aroma and is slightly golden in
colour.
3. Add the mackerel and sauce to the pan. Be careful the oil will
splatter!
4. Add 2 tablespoon of chili sauce of your own.
5. Cook thoroughly until you see the oil floats above the mackerel, not
just the sides (usually takes more than 10 minutes. Be careful of the
heat, it can burn easily so stir it often.)
6. Serve as a side.
