Letter of Recommendation

To whom it may concern,

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Dylan Lacy. Dylan was a
past student of my Construction trades program at Iosco Regional Educational Services Agency,
Technology Center. Dylan shared in the success of numerous projects our class undertook
including the construction of a sixteen hundred square foot custom home.
Mr. Lacy was an active participant of our program and a leader when situations demanded. His
demeanor was always cheerful, energetic, and he was quick to comment on classroom activities
regarding the building process. The course curriculum is extremely labor intensive and places
extreme environmental, physical, and mental demands on each of my students. I push each
student to challenge themselves daily with typical construction elements all of which Dylan
successfully completed with great personal effort and dedication.
As an instructor, it’s been a privilege to work with Dylan as a member of the construction trades
family. Based on our conversations, Dylan is committed to a career in the construction trades
and I have no doubt he will be an active participant and an asset to your college or university.
