ABOUT PROGRAMME
This online eleven months open enrollment programme is designed with an objective to
train working professionals to think from a contractual viewpoint and act in the best
interest of their organization. The programme will cover procurement of project, contract
administration and claims management including dispute resolution. The programme is
divided into three modules that are structured in a simple, yet comprehensive manner so as
to gain the proficiency in contract management and apply the same while managing various
contracts.

In the light of current competitive business scenario and unprecedented challenges, it has
become increasingly imperative to safeguard the financial interests of engineering and
construction organizations. Therefore, contract management has become a critical skill and
no more confined to the realms of contract managers.

Any project professional (clients, contractors consultants, architects) working in the


domains who is keen to explore the world of contracts is welcome to enroll in this
programme subject to meeting minimum eligibility criteria. The programme is designed to
cater to the requirements of the following domains:

 Residential, commercial, leisure, health, and institutional buildings


 Metals, manufacturing, oil & gas, and other industrial construction
 Transportation, power, and water infrastructure

ELIGIBILITY

This programme is specifically designed for working professionals / executives with


following eligibility requirements:
a. Bachelor’s degree in any branch of engineering / Technology / Architecture /
Planning; with at least 2- year work experience; OR
b. Bachelor’s degree in any non-engineering discipline with at least 3-year work
experience; OR
c. Diploma in any branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Planning with at
least 4- year work experience on construction projects.

PROGRAMME DURATION

The entire curriculum will be delivered over a period of Eleven months and spread into three
modules. The sessions will be conducted on weekends (Saturday 09.30 am to 4.45 pm with
suitable breaks) through online mode.

EXAMINATION AND CERTIFICATION

 Continuous assessment will be conducted throughout the programme duration.


 All the Participants of the Programme will receive “Certificate of Completion” subject to
successful completion of all modules.
