Dear Sir,

Re: Maintenance embellishment and gardening/landscaping works along designated

embankments and road reserves across the island.

We refer to the letters of Award conveyed to you, in connection with the above subject matter.

In this context and prior lockdown, it was noted that the maintenance and embellishment works of
the designated sites have been left unattended wherein, the overgrown grasses are becoming an
eyesore along the classified Roads.

Also, this office under Section 11 of the aforesaid letters, has observed with great concern that Life
Insurance Corporation (LIC) has placed his logo brand along the designated spots whilst the latter are
still under your responsibility.

In view thereof, you are kindly requested to undertake appropriate actions in bringing the
designated locations to the RDA’s compliance, by latest 08 June 2020.

Failing to meet this end by the prescribed delay, it will be deemed that you are no longer interesting
in the sponsorship agreement and your approval will be revoked indefinitely.
