    Dear Mr. Miole,

    Good dayI I am writing to your good office in behalf of Cebu Arrastre and
    Stevedoring Services Corporation (CASSCOR), regarding the letter that was sent to
    you yesterday, March 17, 2020 with regards to the request to use Berth 6 Bollard
    33-41as an alternative docking area with our employee’s signature, JULIUS CEREÑ O
    on the letter. The signature of our employee on the letter, JULIUS CEREÑ O is not
    acknowledged by the company. Please see attached furnished copy of the letter that
    was sent to you.

    The company is not aware and was not informed with regards to the letter being
    circulated for the signature of companies representative’s. Julius Cereñ o is not an
    authorized representative by CASSCOR to sign any document most especially when
    it comes to sensitive matters and serious matters.

    We hope that this letter will help clarify confusion on this matter.
