    Dear Madam,

    Please be inform that records use that you had unpaid balance for Security Guards for the
    month of March and April 2020 amounting to Eighty Thousand (80,000.00) Pesos, that this
    agency can no longer cover up the payment for guards, that I am therefore informing your good
    office that I am withdrawing my Security Guards effective April 30, 2020 to avoid problem.
    Please take necessary precaution in your company.
