EXPERIENCE:
EMPLOYEE RELATION
 2 years in related field.
 Responsible for attendance and leave managements. (Complete the on boarding)
SKILLS:
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  Good Communication.
 Submit all information related to induction, resignation etc. to the manager.  Time management.
 Manage all claims and queries rise from employees.  Pressure Handling.
 Keep all the records up to date timely and proper.
