private ltd. It has healthy 48% stake of institutional investors in IHCL:
Foreign institutional investor are 12% and domestic institutional
investors are 36%. It has market capitalisation up 21%
• Physical Resources –Taj hotels own 110 properties and it has presence
in US, Australia, Dubai, Maldives, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, the United
Kingdom, South Africa, Bhutan and Zambia internationally. It has Fixed
Assets worth Rs 6,538 Crores and total land bank area of 970 acres. Taj
uses the most advanced technologies that are available in the market to
provide best services to its customers as their requirements tends to
change depending on the market position. It also invests a lot in
recruiting the best people in the field of hospitality,
• Human Resources – it has around 25000 employees. Taj has
