Day 2 June 20, 2020 GRADUATE SCHOOL

GUIDELINES for the GRADUATION PICTORIAL:

1. Follow the above mentioned schedule. Failure to show up on your assigned

date means that you are not going to have your graduation pictorial.

2. Payment for the said pictorial will be during the pictorial date.
3. You may invite a maximum of two (2)family members for the picture taking
on the photobooth.
Note:

a. any family member manifesting any sign and symptoms of covid-19

will not be allowed to enter the pictorial venue.
b. must follow the Health and Safety Protocols provided by the IATF
and LGU.

4. Strict implementation of one academic gown per student policy (no

lending of academic gowns to co graduating student)

5. The academic gown will be available at the pictorial venue the
graduating student must pay Php. 100 upon receiving of the academic
gown.

Note:
a. after the use of the academic gown it should be returned to the
incharge personnel.

6. Proper behavior must be observed at all times during the pictorial.
