National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and the Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2015
of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). This circular aims at mandatory installation of
sensor devices to constantly collect building’s structural integrity data, perform data retrieval,
interpretation, storage, & archiving.
