manager of the mine in compliance with Regulation 34(7) (1) of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations,
1961 and if no such qualified person is available, the Mine workings should be kept suspended during
such absence of Manager. Attention is drawn to Regulation 34(7)(a) and (b) of the Metaliferous
Mines Regulations, 1961 in respect of the period of authorization permitted and intimation of the
authorization to the Directorate General of Mines Safety, Dhanbad and the Director of Mines Safety,
Ajmer Region etc.
22. Notwithstanding anything contained above, the authorization may be withdrawn at any time as
provided in the aforesaid Regulation.
23. If at any time any of the conditions subject to which this authorization has been granted is violated or
not complied with, this authorization shall be deemed to have been revoked with immediate effect.
24. This authorization is being granted without prejudice to any other statutory provisions, which may be
or may become applicable at any time.
25. This authorization may be amended, modified or withdrawn at any time if considered necessary in the
interest of safety.
26. Please note that this authorization is not likely to be renewed unless the manager's certificate is
revalidated.
