Pomodoro Method: Take Frequent Short Breaks

We all lose track of what we’re doing sometimes. When we’re talking to a friend, we might
think hours of chatting feel like mere minutes. Or when we’re working on an assignment, a
few minutes might feel like a boring eternity.

Keeping track of time is very necessary, especially when you’ve got many things to do aside
from completing coursework.

The Pomodoro Method is a wonderful tool to help you focus on your work and then focus on
some much needed relaxation. The method relies on taking frequent breaks in between short
periods of productive work.

Also, The Timer from YouTube has posted a great playlist of a variety of Pomodoro timers.
Perhaps today you’ll be working on readings and assignments for 1 hours, click the 1-hour
timer! Or today, you might have some extra time than usual, click the 2-hour timer.
