What is Cuemath?

Cuemath, India’s Best Math Learning Program for K-10

Math Fellowship with Cuemath

This program comprises an elite group of mentors and tutors who
are genuinely interested in impacting the lives of children across
the world. On successful completion of a brief training module,
applicants will be coaching international students - primarily from
U.S - from Grades 1-8 to build their strong mathematical
foundation. We aim to create thinkers and problem solvers of
tomorrow by developing mathematical thinking in children.

What does the training program
look like?
Before the applicants start working with students,  they are
required to  go through a series of comprehensive training
modules  that will take them through the business model of
Cuemath and help them understand how our Math Learning
System works, how the online classes are held, about how our
platform works and more. 
They will also be  required to go through a couple of tests and
class demos which will help us gauge their mathematical
skills  and how well they will be able to teach using our
philosophy and methods. 
Once they complete the entire module, our reviewing team will
deem them qualified for the Fellowship and they can start
taking demo classes for international students from grades 1-8.

Salient Features
The duration of the fellowship is  3 months  (Fellowship tenure
subject to extension up to 2 years based on performance).
Online mode of teaching for international students from grade
1-8 (NRI and non-NRI).
You will be spending minimum 3-4 hours/day over a 6-day
working cycle/week.
You are required to attend all training and learning sessions.
Time Slots for teaching: 12 AM - 8 AM  (Applicants can choose
between these timings that works for them with a
commitment of 3 to 4 hrs every day).

How much do you earn?

Candidates will be required to take unpaid demo classes
initially and convert the leads into enrollments.
The payout cycle starts  from the class start date of the first
enrolled student.
Pay-out will be on an hourly/per class basis and the total
monthly stipend will depend upon the number of classes and
students you undertake.
A more detailed breakdown will be provided further on, but
you can expect an earning potential of INR 20,000 to INR
40,000 per month.
Applicants have to take exactly 8 classes (8 hours) per student
in a month.

Prerequisites
Laptop / Desktop with Windows 10 OS or MAC. 
An electronic writing pad  (Suggested electronic writing pad).
Stable internet connection with speed > 8 Mbps.
Applicants with excellent communication and English
language fluency required
