    Dear Sir/Madame
    Now I am writing to tell you about your delivery services because I had some problem with that.
    Yesterday I ordered a vegeterian food because I don’t eat meat for 5 years. I ordered from you
    a soup with vegetables and noodle and a salad with sour crème sauce.
    But it wasn’t the same what I got and what I ordered, because both of the meals contained
    meat. It couldn’t have been a problem for me, because I know that sometimes happen some
    accident. My problem was that the delivery boy behaved rude to me and he didn’t want to help
    to me.
    Finally, I didn’t get an other food instead of that, so I couldn’t eat anything for lunch yesterday. I
    don’t want an argument with the company because I am totally satisfied with your services.
    However, I would like to get back my money
