1. What message is being conveyed by the video presentation?
The message being conveyed in the video presentation is improving the team
performance and being a cooperative. Everyone can be a leader. The formation when
geese are flying represents that not only the back of other’s you’ll see but more than just
that. So that, it will motivate the others. Like in the video when geese fall, they still
protect them. Everyone must support each other through thick or thin. The important is
that all of us must focus and loyal to the purpose of the goal.
2. Based on the video, how will you define leadership?
You have leadership that is not only meaningful but counts when you have a
leadership that is based on harmony, interdependence, motivation, loyalty and
rejuvenation. From someone with anything to teach, learn your leadership lessons.
