POSTER AND SLOGAN MAKING MECHANICS

1. Participants must be a member of the affiliated churches of DATCH district 3, and should present
2 contestants for the Poster Slogan making contest.
2. Materials like; pencils, marker, illustration board (1/4) oil pastels, erasers and etc., should be
prepared by the participants.
3. Each participants will be given 2 hours to finish their piece in line with the theme, “ “.
4. The competition will start on and will be held at , any participant who will arrive late for 10 mins.
will be labeled as disqualified.

Poster elaboration

1. Participants must be a member of the affiliated churches of DATCH district 3, and should present
1 participant for elaborating the piece of their churchmates.
2. The participants must not see the piece before the competition, if found to have seen by any
means is considered disqualified.
3. The participant will be given 5 minutes to elaborate the piece.

Song writing competition

1. Every team must present 1 participant to participate on the said event.

2. Materials needed should be prepared by each participants.
3. 2 hours will be given for every participant to finish their piece.

Colored FUN RUN MORE FUN

Registration:

This is a team competition not individual competition and with a twist,

The twist is every team member must pick up garbage along the route, and must collect them on the
FINISH LINE.

The team who collected more garbage wins.

Fun run begins with a ZUMBA, then followed by the splashing of water and of colors in the starting line
to mark the beginning of the said match.

Note this is not an individual match, the team who arrived first and collected a lot WINS.

Along the route there would be stations which requires a task to be completed by the team, and in
every stations every player will be splashed with colors and be given hand bands to note that every
participant reached the said station.

Call time: 4 am

5 mins, devo by team, to be followed by ZUMBA, Opening prayer, Opening Remarks.

Fun run begins at exactly 4:30 am

TAKE A GROUPFIE WITH THE EGG TOGETHER WITH THE TEAM IN THE CHURCH TO MARK UP THE
BEGINNING OF THE RACE.
