Dear Parent/Carer,

Virtual Christmas Concert 2020

We are contacting you to invite you to join us to watch this year’s Virtual Christmas Concert on
Monday 14 December at 7.00pm.

The Christmas Concert is normally one of our biggest arts events with a large number of our
students performing music and drama in front of a live audience of their family and friends. This
year, the Christmas Concert will be a bit different, so has been recorded in advance. The online
event will showcase singing from all students in Years 7 and 8 and drama from Years 7 to 9.
Please note there will only be film footage of students for whom we already have media consent.

To access the event, we need you to sign up via the link in your email and agree to some terms
and conditions. Please pass the link to other family members who wish to view the event. The
deadline for completion is midday on Monday 14 December.

Those who sign up will be able to access the event via an emailed link at 7.00pm on Monday 14
December.

We hope that this is also an opportunity for your wider family to come together and celebrate the
end of term as a wider Isleworth & Syon community.
