1.0.Course Objective:

Where there is society there is crime i.e crimeless society is a myth. The concept of crime is
essentially concerned with the social order. The concept of crime seems to have always been
changing with the variations in social conditions during the evolutionary stages of human
society. The need for study of criminal science aims at studing different crime ,suggest
measures to curb as well as regulate such crime.

Case Presentation and Analysis (Socio-Legal & political)

3.0.Evaluation Scheme:

 30% - Continuous Internal Assessment (Formative in nature but also contributing to


the final grades).
 70% - End Term External Examination (University Examination).

4.0. Learning Outcome:

 To demonstrate that how and in what manners the laws relating to women should be
considered in proper perspectives.

problems relating to women and how to redress them.
 A contextual study along with application of various laws, judicial decisions, and
commissions’ reports shall equip students to understand the significance thereto.
