Goal 1:  To use different vocab, and I think improving the second language is necessary to be a
practice to pronounce the word. successful teacher in the future, and assist my students to learn
English, When I mastered the language, I will know how to
deal with different issues and situations and how to support my
students to learn their second language. What is more to
transferred the information for the kids in a different way, for
example, if they don’t understand the keywords so the teacher
will use the synonyms for the words to make the idea
understandable and creative, also for communicating with
English teachers in school, So what I did to achieve this goal
during my TP, before teaching any lesson I look for keywords
and their meaning, same words was easy to describe for the
learners, for example, animal names, when I show them
pictures they know what I mean, Also I use (TPR) method,
Total physical response is a language teaching method
developed by James J. Asher in 1960. According to the
researchers at The Teacher Toolkit “is a method of teaching
language or vocabulary concepts by using physical movement
to react to verbal input (n.d.)”,so when the teacher understand
the word ,she will know how to explain the difficult words for
young learners ,this method will assist the students to member
the word ,moreover is interactive method in online learning to
associations between brain and muscles, because students sets
for long time ,so they must do same exercise, for example word
cut and they act with their hands. In addition to achieve my goal
I stared making a list for impanated words and put them in
sentences, Also I download vocabulary app, practice learning
new words in my very time, apps such as, word of the day and
wordalot. Also, in weekend I watch English movies without
Arabic translate.

Evidence:

Action 1: Learn different vocab and synonyms.

Use the new words every day.
Try same games that improv my
vocabulary
such as word puzzles.
Also, there is other ways to improve
our second language, for example,
listening to music, movies, TV
shows, news, entertainments, the
radio set aside two hours per day to
listen and watching movies in
English.

Goal 5: To explore Effective online teaching Important mathematics concepts and procedures can be
problem solving strategies in Math.  best taught through problem-solving strategies. problem-
solving skills are important, should all students have
learned.” Using a problem-solving approach to teaching
and learning math is of value to all students and especially
to those who are high achieving”, problem-solving
strategies help the students to understand the math ideas
in correct way. Also is important to teacher to know what
the effective online problem-solving strategies in math is
and how they used in online class.
I observed my teacher to found the most effective online
teaching problem-solving strategies, I observed the
teacher for 5 weeks each day 2 lessons, I find out the most
effective strategies is Gradual Release model (I model,
we do together, you do), is most effective as students will
take ownership of their own learning by the end of the
lesson. Students will also be more engaged and have a
better understanding of the concepts taught, furthermore
in the "you do" part it will assist the teacher to know who
understands the concept and who needs more help. Also, I
observed that during this strategy all students involved in
class and interact with the teacher. Furthermore, I noticed
that Some problems can be solved by recognizing a
pattern and drawing picture “Drawing a picture is a
strategy that incorporates the use of drawing pictures to
represent the problem. This strategy is frequently used to
help solve some problems”. Leu, D. J., Kinzer, , c.,
Frayer, Frederick, & Klauseier. (2009)
I notice that my MST covers the complex problem use
video or explains the problem in their mother language,
Moreover, and she plan the strategies base on the concept
and which strategy works best with the class. I notice that
teacher prefer the start the lesson with video about the
topic and show pictures for key words it will assist they
students to understand the meaning.
