LIST OF COMMENTS ON BILLING SCHEDULE

BS.No-4, APFC capacitor bank shall be corrected as “Filter bank”.

BS No-73, LT power & control cable shall have separate BS No.

BS.No-73, end termination kits and straight through jointing kits for HT & LT
power and control cables shall have separate BS No. for each type of cable.

BS.No-74, cable racks, trays, supporting steel structures, clamps, ferrules,

number tags, cable route markers etc shall be considered.

BS No.74 – (Repeated) for item “Support structure for cable tray”.

BS No-75, passive fire protection system confirming to contract document

using fire proof paint and fire barrier.

With reference to billing schedule, “Additional Scope” shall be corrected as

“Additional Scope (Supply of material for erection scope).

BS No-76, ladder type cable trays:

- 450mm wide – 100M

- 600mm wide – 8000M

BS No-77, earthing of above mentioned cable trays:

- 50 x 6 mm GI strip – 1 Lot

BS No-78, GI pipes:

- 100mm dia – 50M

- 150mm dia – 50M

BS No-79, cable supporting structures – 10 Tonnes.

BS No-85, Digital Tong tester shall be corrected as “Digital Tong Tester (AC
& DC of various range)”.

BS No-110, Control fuse rating shall be considered as 5nos. each.

BS No-126, Control fuse rating shall be considered as 20nos. each.

BS No-121, gaskets for 33kV shall be corrected as “33kV/6.6kV for 25MVA

transformer”.
BS No-156 & 157, numerical relay shall be minimum 1no. of each type as per
approved drawing.

BS No – 69, Welding socket outlets, 240V, 15A industrial socket outlets, 24V
socket outlets with hand lamps etc. shall be added.

BS No – 70, Fire protection equipment(Quantity as per page No – 61 of

contract document) shall include the following:

1) Sand Bucket
2) Co2 9 Hr cylinder
3) DCP

BS No-70, Safety equipment

1) Danger board written in Oriya, Hindi & English.
2) Caution board.
3) Shock treatment chart in Oriya, Hindi & English.
4) Artificial respiratory system.
5) Rubber mat in front and back side of HT & LT board.
6) First aid box.
7) Neoprene hand gloves.

Separate Billing schedule shall be submitted for the following:

1) Design and engineering.

2) Supply.
3) Erection.
