personnel.

Notes:

Tier 1 institutions are the most favoured institutions and usually the highest ranked educational
institutions, followed by tier 2 and so on.

In the last 10 years in the organization it was generally understood that anybody who has achieved
80% of the targets to be a good performer and 100% to be very rare. Of course, when performance
goes below 80% executives usually complain of external factors affecting their performance. Though
that might be true at 120% also, the organization has not received any complaints.

Value fit to the organization was based on an assessment centre conducted by an external
consultant. Though a single number is shared, it is an aggregate average of various parameters. The
maximum score is 5.
