Selena Wattana - Resume Review
First impression
Why this is important?
First, resume screeners usually work with a big batch. Thus, their time spent per resume is usually very short
Second, also because of the rush nature, the first impression on a resume usually has a big weight on the final decision
Following are three impressions we had on the first 10 seconds looking at your resume

Comments
I do believe you had many great achievements, but you have not show them here. Most of
your experience description just talked about what you did, not on what you accomplished.
Beside the fact that you go to LSE, none of your working experience suggests that you are
hard working
None of your academic and work experience background shows that you are a structure think.
More over, your writing in the resume at points are not well structured, not MECE. (please
see the word document attached, Ref #04)
None of your description suggests your creativity.
You go to LSE. However, the working experience is a bit weak. Not because you don't have
it, but more because you have not shown enough how valuable your experience is.
A high score on math is always good.
