    Subject: IMPLEMENTATION OF HOMEROOM GUIDANCE

    Date: November 4, 2020

    1. For your information and guidance.

    2. The Schools Division Office of Quezon City issued a Division Memorandum dated
    October 2, 2020 which is the Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the Homeroom
    Guidance (HG) during Crisis Situation.

    3. For such, class advisers are hereby asked to administer the program every Friday on the
    following schedules:

    Grade 12:
    • Homeroom Guidance and Psychosocial First Aid (9:00 am – 10:00 am)

    Grade 11:
    • Homeroom Guidance and Psychosocial First Aid (1:30 pm – 2:30 pm)

    As it was clearly stated that HRG must be administered one (1) hour per week including
    the PFA for thirty (30) minutes.

    4. Strict compliance is desired.
