Subject: LIMITED INTERACTION WITH THE PUPILS IN THE

COMMUNITY/LEARNING HUB

1. In reference to the Division Memorandum No. 54, s. 2021 titled Important

Instructions on “Anak, Kumusta Ang Pag-aaral?” (AKAP), The Home Visitation Program
of Schools Division Office of Rizal and to the BR -B4 Program Implementation Policy,
attached in the Division Memorandum No. 262, s. 2020 known as Implementation
of Blue Rizal: Barangayan para sa Bawat Bata Bumabasa (BR-B4) Program, which
encourage every school and every Sub-Office to continuously support Rizaleno
learners in terms of Reading and Numeracy. And it thus states that this program shall
include conduct of tutorial sessions focusing on reading and numeracy which may be
done at home, in learning hubs and/or virtual room.
2. Based from the BRB4 Results, the need to make a limited interaction with pupils
in their own community shall be strengthened, thus ACTION PLAN per grade level is
hereby encourage to be implemented as soon as possible with a title “Limited
Interaction with the Pupils in the community/Learning Hub”.
3. Objective of this endeavor are the following:
● Create an Action Plan that will cater to the intervention needed by the
pupils

 ● Encourage pupils to engage more in reading under their teachers’
supervision
● Strengthen the limited interaction with the pupils in their respective
community
● Assist the pupils in areas they find difficult to perform/learn in the module
● Guide pupils in reading and numeracy
4. Submission of Action Plan (Individual or per Grade Level) shall be submitted on
December 3, 2021, which shall contain the following
● objectives of the Action Plan needed per Sitio per Grade Level
● Schedule of pupils to be catered (time and date)
● Name of pupils to be catered (will serve as MOVs or attendance)
5. Three days per week session (every Teacher) shall strictly be followed and be
monitored by the Grade Leaders under the supervision of the Master Teachers.
6. All teachers should submit Narrative and pictorials to their Grade Leader for
MOVs and further review of the effectivity of this endeavor.
7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired
