Terms and Conditions for work. (As per BOQ)

1. Contactor shall complete the work as per agreed Time line in provide gantt chart. (Gantt chart must provide with this document)
2. Contactor will arrange labor shed and site office at a fixed space shown by AHL.
3. Contactor will arrange own power source throughout the work period.
4. Contactor shall ensure quality of work by stringent monitoring and using necessary equipment.
5. All construction materials shall be properly washed/ sorted prior to manual mixing.
6. Contractor shall arrange 4 set of concrete cylinder at site for testing of compressive strength of concrete.
7. Contractor shall use standard measuring container (Fera) and double hopper machine for mixing the concrete.
8. Proper curing must be ensure by the contactor as per instruction of engineer in charge.
9. All vertical shutter shall be keep for at last 72 hours.
10. All side shutter shall be keep for at last 48 hours.
11. Timber shutter with polythene, GP sheet and associated materials. (All new)

12. Equipment such as mixer machine, vibrator machine, high speed cutter machine, welding machine, curing accessories of necessary quantity shall be deployed by
contractor. (Own Equipment list must provide to AHL)
13. Contractor will appoint qualified and experienced engineers (At last 10 years) along with a site in charge during the job. The site in charge shall take care of all safety
issues.
14. Contactor shall ensure that all of its personal ware Clean uniform (With ID card) throughout the work period. (Copy of National ID card should provide for permanent
staff)
15. All the accidents and incidents related to the aforesaid work is under contractor responsibility.
16. All works to be completed as per drawing and direction from engineering department.
17. Contractor will clean all debris, rubbish and sludge from the site after the finishing work.
18. Contractor will clean all concrete spot from Steel member after finishing the casting.
19. Day wise progress report must submit after finishing the work.
