Sir,

Respectfully reporting that we Bagsakan Association Members are practicing our agreed
number of individuals allowed to work in each cluster. Every day we remind and check them to
cooperate and obey the protocols implemented. Cluster officers from different municipalities
are responsible for their schedule which depends on the arrival of their cargoes. Give and take
is also observed.

Moreover, as taken during a previous meeting, ages 18 to 55 are required to equip themselves
with personal protective equipment before entering Bagsakan. Thus, along with the help of the
law enforcers, people entering the Trading post have always been doing social distancing, and
wearing their gloves and mask.
