This Agreement of lease is Executed at Tirupathi Town and Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamilnadu, on the

day of April 2015 by and between M/S Golden Subramanya Flour Mills Pvt Ltd,represented b its
Chairman Cum Mananging Director N.S.KARTHIKEYAN S/O Sri. N.Shanmugam, having its Registered
office at New No.94 M.P.S.Salai,Tiruttani-631 309 herein after called the Lessor which expression shall
unless the context otherwise requires include its heirs, legal representatives,successors, assigns and
agents.

AND

M/S.Sai Balaji Agro Foods, represented by its Managing partners 1.N.K.THYAGARAJULU S/O Sri.N.C.Koti
Chetty, and 2.G.RENUKA W/O G.Munikumar Having its place of business at Door No.13-358, Old Market
Street, chittoor Town and Municipality, Andhra Pradesh herein called the LESSEE which expression shall
unless the context otherwise requires include its heirs, legal representatives,successors assigns and
agents.

NOW THIS LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. Whereas the lessor is the absolute owner in possession and enjoyment of the scheduled
property ie the Roller Flour Mills situated at S.No.79/1c4,Patttabiramapura, village,Tiruttani
Taluk, Tiruvallur District,Tamilnadu. And the said flour Mill is originally established and owned
by the Lessor who raised different structures over the scheduled mentioned land for running the
mill and started running its Flour Mill under the name and style as M/S.Golden Subramanya
flours Mills Pvt.Ltd., Represented by its Chairman cum Mananging Director Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan.
Where the Lessor has been manufacturing wheat products like Maida,Sooji,Atta and Bran in the
above Flour Mill.
2. That the Lessor has been in possession and enjoyment of the entire land and factory that is
more particularly mentioned in the schedule of this lease deed as absolute owner thereof.
3. Whereas the lessee approached the lessor to let its mill comprising the land and different
structures and machinery for lease for the manufacturing of wheat products. The lessor agrees
to let its mill for lease to the lessee for a period of three years to grind a maximum monthly
grinding of 1500 metric tons, upon the terms and conditions herein after mentioned.
