RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental agreement is made and executed on this the 9 th Day of JAN 23 by and
between:-

(Here in after called ‘OWNER ‘the terms of which shall means and include all his
legal heirs, representatives, administrators, etc., of the FIRST PART)

Accepted to let out on the terms & Conditions as follows:


NOW THIS RENTAL WITNESS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The rental agreement starts from 9th Day of JAN 23 and for a period of 11
months.

2. The rent for SHOP is Rs.4,500/- (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only).

3. The tenant deposited a sum of Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) to


the landlord and the landlord should refund the deposit amount at the time
of vacating the shop without any interest.

4. The tenant should not sub-let that Mulgi/Shop to any third party.

5. The tenant shall use that shop for only SHOP purpose.
6. The tenant shall permit the landlord in all inspect that shop.

7. The tenant and the landlord shall intimate one month prior notice in case of
vacating the shop.

8. The rent will be increased by 10% every year.

The aforesaid terms and conditions are accepted by tenant without any force and
coercion and the said conditions are accepted by his own will.
