Questions

Thank you for taking your time to come in and talk to me today Chloe, can you
tell us a bit about yourself .. how old are you, are you at college if so what are
you studying.. do you enjoy your subjects.
Chloe – So from speaking to you a while ago you told me you had really
struggled with the first lockdown and your mental health had got a lot worse
during this time.. if you don’t mind can you go into more detail as to why you
struggled and specifically what with?

What were the side effects of this,
Did you feel you had people to talk to during lockdown or did you feel
completely alone,
What would you say the main thing Is that you would say is important to help
someone in some kind of way mentally in the same sort of situation?

I would now like to welcome Katie, a close friend of mine who had a very
different experience with lockdown and the affect it played on her mental
health.
Could you tell us a bit about yourself, how old are you, what are you doing with
your life right now an dare you enjoying it.
Katie – In the past I know you struggled mentally, especially with social
anxiety, is that right? Talk a bit about this and follow up her answer..

Is this something you have always dealt with or did you find you developed it at
a certain age..
How did it affect you and your mental wellbeing during lockdown this year?
Did you find it easier being away from people or did it make you feel as if you
were very alone?
Why did lockdown help you to improve mentally.. is their anything specific that
you wouldn’t mind sharing that you found to help you and would you say you
had some sort of good structured routine?
