In order to teach efficiently the teacher should have a plan on what he wants to teach. Teacher must
be knowledgeable enough about the subject matter. He keeps his students engaged with a positive
attitude as a facilitator. He develops the higher order thinking skills of his students. He is clear in a
way that he can explain complex ideas in simple ways. He is fair and patient. He also uses various
strategies in his teaching including technologies and collaboration.

The best teaching strategies when teaching depends on what type of students do you have. You should
consider the learning styles and diversities of every students. As a teacher I always see to it that I have
the most suitable teaching strategies for my students that’s why I use different strategies and various
activities.

Every student should possess curiosity, inquiring mind and a teachable heart. They should have an
ability to think critically and wisely. They should have an ability to work independently and
perseverance to complete a certain task. Also they should have an ability to work well in groups and
have a positive attitude towards studying, classmates and teachers.
