from someone infected with the virus (COVID 19) for symptoms to show,
however it can take 14 days. Older people that are (60 – 90) years, if they
caught the virus yet they will be at high risk.  People of all ages - who

How it is transmitted

1
The virus (COVID 19) is spread between people during a
close contact, also by small droplets produced by coughing, sneezing or
talking. These droplets usually fall to the ground or on surfaces or it can
travel through air over long distances. Sometimes people may become
infected by touching a surface and then touching their face. People can
catch COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease spreads
from person to person through, when a person with COVID-19 coughs,
sneezes, or speaks. These droplets are heavy, they do not travel far and
quickly go to the ground. People can catch COVID-19 if they breathe in
these droplets from a person infected with the virus.  That is why it is
important to stay at least (1.8 meter) away from others, because
sometimes people who are infected don't have any symptoms. These
droplets can land on objects and surfaces around the person such as
tables, door handles and books.  This is why it is important to wash your
hands regularly with soap and water or clean with alcohol (from 70% -
99%) alcohol percentage.

How to avoid COVID 19

Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with alcohol or

wash them with soap and water. Washing is very important for your
hands, because when you wash your hands with soap and water or using
alcohol, those tools kill viruses and germs that can be on your hands.
Make sure you leave at least (1.8 meter) between you and others.
Because when someone coughs, sneezes they will spray small liquid
droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus (COVID 19). If
you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including Coronavirus.
Avoid going to crowded places because the people come together in
crowded places, you could come into close contact with someone that
has (COVID-19).
