efficient way of doing the right thing.
2. Explain functions of management? The functions of management starts with planning of its goal.
Organizing the structure of the company. Management doesn’t stop in planning you must also lead your
company. Controlling applies the necessary preparations for the company to cope with in the future.
3. Differentiate among the planning, organizing, leading and controlling functions of management.
Planning set the goal of the company it acts as the script to be followed. Organizing the structure of the
company that relies on the set up plan to meet its expectations. Leading provide a vision to the work of
company that gives boost to the performance of the employee's. Controlling provide back up to the
company in terms of incoming problems that may occur.

The function of the manager in the company is like a motherboard that guides its components or
employees to function according to the plan on meeting the company objectives. The wears many roles
he or she cant stay on a one track they are multi directional that adopts and plans that the company will
stay on its track. Skills of a manager can be a gift or made by experienced in life because the manager
involves a lot of communication and meeting he or she can put an impact or impressions just by showing
how he or she is reliable to the task.
