ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

1. What is management? Management is responsible to monitor the processes are done in most
efficient way of doing the right thing.

2. Explain functions of management? The functions of management starts with planning of its goal.
Organizing the structure of the company. Management doesn’t stop in planning you must also lead your
company. Controlling applies the necessary preparations for the company to cope with in the future.

3. Differentiate among the planning, organizing, leading and controlling functions of management.
Planning set the goal of the company it acts as the script to be followed. Organizing the structure of the
company that relies on the set up plan to meet its expectations. Leading provide a vision to the work of
company that gives boost to the performance of the employee's. Controlling provide back up to the
company in terms of incoming problems that may occur.

In scientific management the manager gives work to the employee without guidance
treating them like machines, In administrative management focuses on the processes of the
company ensure its goal that gives a healthy relationship between manager and employee,
while bureaucratic management focuses on the quantity of the results or products or the
company.
2. DIFFERENTIATE HUMAN RELATION, GENERAL AND X and Y MANAGEMENT.
In human relation management as the title implies it looks upon the change on how the
employee behaved in work, General system theory is based on how the whole work if one
components or parts of the company fail to work in its responsible area the progress rate of
the whole decreases, while in X and Y management theory manager X implies that the
employee doesn’t motivate itself to work and manager Y value the importance of helping
the employee to give more opportunities that help for more development.

employees to function according to the plan on meeting the company objectives. The wears many roles

involves a lot of communication and meeting he or she can put an impact or impressions just by showing
