D. SWOT analysis
1.Strength
The strength of this business itself is that we are very committed to ensuring customer
satisfaction by providing maximum service (punctual, clean, and responsive to consumer
complaints)
2.Weightnes
The downside of this business is that considering that our business will be newly opened, the
laundry equipment such as washing machines that we may have is still limited.
3. Opportunity
The opportunity of this business is to remember its location which is in the area of education and
tourist attractions that are crowded with residents. We already know that there are so many
students and female students and people who do not have time to wash at home who need this
laundry service.
4.Treath
The threat that may arise is the increasing number of competitors that have sprung up and
offering cheaper prices compared to our business.
Risk Analysis
Some of the risks faced by Laundry CNC Kuta are:
1. Clothing that is exchanged with other consumers.
2. A white shirt that doesn't look white anymore (the color becomes dull).
How to Clean N Clear Laundry Good in overcoming these risks are as follows:
1. To deal with the changing circumstances of consumer clothes, CNC Kuta provides signs in the
form of names on consumer clothes and if there is a direct request by consumers, Clean N Clear
Good Laundry separates washing clothes by name. And distinguish between colored and white
clothes, as well as record at the beginning of the washing entry.
2. To overcome white laundry, Laundry CNC Kuta separates the laundry from colored clothes.
Then add bleach, so that the shirt remains white and doesn't change color.

4.1 Conlucion
Based on the description in the previous chapter, in the preparation of this Kuta CNC Laundry
business plan, there are several conclusions that can be stated, namely:

production aspects, HR analysis, business development plans, IT utilization, and risk analysis.
4.2 Suggect
1. The need for increased employee motivation to be more able to work optimally, so as to
produce quality services and increase sales.
2. Oriented to meeting the needs of consumers personally, so this laundry has a strong
commitment to be able to meet consumer needs for clean, good and fast laundry by means that
each consumer's laundry will not be mixed with other consumers.
3. Affordable prices, because the target market is students, students and employees who have
limited money, the laundry service fee is made to be affordable for them.
4. Selection of good, resilient and responsible employees will greatly support business
development.
5. A good promotion will also be the key to the success of this business.
